Actions - Send
The following article reviews the Flow actions available under Send Actions.
Send to Webhook
Use the Send to Webhook action to send data to an external Webhook URL. Enter the URL to call and select Add Parameters to add data or tokens to your submission.
Send Email
Use the Send Email action to send notifications and alerts by email. To use this action, enter a comma-delimited list of email addresses along with a subject and a message. The message body can be formatted with any of the standard options provided, including bold, italic, and underline. There are also justification and link options.

You can view your corporate signature at the bottom of the action card (added by your admin user). The signature displays by default at the bottom of each email sent by the action.

To exclude the corporate signature from the email body, disable the Include Signature option on the right side of the toolbar.
Attachment Options
The Insert / Attach menu includes different types of attachments that can be added to your message. Any number of attachments can be added to a single email.
Attach File
Use this option to select a file from your device to attach to your email. The permitted size depends on your email provider.
Export Report and Export Pages
You can export one or more reports in PDF or CSV format and attach the results to your email. The same feature is also available for pages. Select the Save button after selecting the desired reports or pages, as well as the format option, to add those to the list of your attachments.

When done, you can also apply a filter to any datasets used in the report or page from the filter icon next to the attachment. This filter works on top of any filters that have been set in the report or page.
Export Chart
To attach an individual chart to the email, select the Export Chart option and choose any number of charts from the list, the desired format to export the data, and save the attachment. You can apply additional filters to the chart attachment.

All attachments are displayed below the email action card and can be further edited or deleted.
Note: The collective email attachment volume is limited to 10.5 MB.
Send SMS
You can also send notifications and alerts using SMS text messages. Provide a valid mobile phone number and add your message (up to 140 characters).
Attachments included in your message are sent as links that can open in a web browser.

Slack Notification
Use the Slack notification action to send messages to Slack workspaces, channels, and users.
Setup
The first time you choose this action, a pop-up prompts you for a Slack integration code. To acquire this code, select the Get Code link to open a new tab that redirects you to the Slack website, where you can log in with your Slack credentials.
After logging in, Slack requests permission to allow Qrvey to access your Slack workspaces. Select Allow to grant access.
After you have granted access to your workspace, a new page opens containing your integration code. Copy the code using the link provided, paste it in the Qrvey app, and then select Accept.
After completing these steps, Qrvey saves your Slack integration for use in your flows. To add or remove workspaces from your current Slack integration, use the Settings section. For more information, see Slack Integration Settings.
Slack Action
After enabling Slack action in your flows, you can configure the following items.

-
Workspaces: List of all configured workspaces available for notification messages.
-
Send Notification as: Send the message as a Slack bot or as a Slack user. Qrvey sends the message as the user who was chosen to configure the workspace.
-
Recipient: List of available channels, users, and groups of the selected workspace. A Slack action supports multiple recipients.
Note: Slack recipients should differ depending on how the action sends the notification. As a Slack bot, only those channels, groups, or users where the bot has permissions to send messages display in the recipient list. The same applies when the action sends the notification as a Slack user.
-
Message: The notification message the action sends to Slack supports the use of Tokens and basic Slack formatting using Markdown.

Slack Integration Settings
To review the configuration of the Slack integration, go to the Qrvey Composer settings.

If the Integrations card is missing, you need to add a Slack action to a flow and configure your first workspace.
To add new workspaces to the Slack integration, select the options (three-dot) menu on the right side of the card and then select Add Workspace.
Qrvey requests a new integration code, and you are redirected to the Slack website, where you can log into the workspace to add.
To remove a specific workspace integration with Qrvey, select the X beside its name in the list.
To delete all workspace integrations at once, select Delete.
Qrvey removes the Slack Integration card and you will no longer be able to add a new workspace integration from the composer setting options. You need to add a new workspace integration from the Slack flow action again.
Note: Removing a workspace integration invalidates any Slack action you already have configured in flows.
